All plans have the same features. Higher plans let you use Merlin more each month.
- Free: no credit card needed. Link all your apps, including email and calendar.
- Pro: more usage, higher rate limits and priority support.
- Ultra: 5 times Pro’s usage, the highest rate limits and the highest-priority support.
Usage
Bigger jobs, like browsing several websites or going through long files, use more of your monthly allowance than quick answers. Settings on Home shows how much of this month’s allowance you’ve used, broken down by chat.
Everything asked for in a chat counts against the plan of the person who added Merlin to it. See Chats.
Running out
When you run out, Merlin tells you once and stops answering until your allowance resets next month. It keeps saving messages in the meantime.
The allowance resets every month, on yearly plans too. Unused allowance doesn’t carry over.
Changing plans
Change or cancel your plan in Settings on Home.
- Upgrades, and switching between monthly and yearly, start straight away. You pay the difference.
- Downgrades and cancellations start at the end of the period you’ve paid for.
